Yes, we carry Liabilty Insurance and Workers Comp.
How long will my project take?
For most projects, demolition and preparation takes 2-days. Actual tile installation, depending on size and complexity of the layout design, may take anywhere from a few days to 2-weeks. Then, an additional day is allowed for finishing details such as grouting, caulking, sealing, tucking carpets, reinstalling toilets, putting up tile base, etc.
Will my home remain clean during the project?
Yes, we take extra care in treating your home as if it were our own. All walk areas are covered with clean drop cloths, all equipment is placed over tarps, and plastic is hung where needed. At the end of each work day, the site is cleaned up and organized.
How will you have access to my home while I'm at work?
We can be trusted with a key or garage entry code for your home. Again, we take extra care in treating your home as if it were our own.
What is the payment schedule and what form of payment do you accept?
Tile & Materials: We require full payment at time of order.
Tile Installation: We require a 50% deposit at start date of project and the balance is due at completion.
We accept checks, money orders, cash, and all credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 3-year warranty on all tile installation.
