Step 1: Complimentary In-Home Consultation

We SELL PREMIUM TILE from major distributors: A WOLRD OF TILE, BEDROSIANS, CAPCO, AND EMSER.

Initial Consultation:   At your convenience, we will meet in the comfort of your home to review in detail your tile project. This appointment normally takes 30-45 minutes during which we will analyze the project in full, discussing tile design, layout, and installation process to best suit your design taste and budget. We will also discuss and offer recommendations of types of tile you should purchase, whether Ceramic, Porcelain, or Natural Stone. Concluding this appointment, we will set up your Tile Selection Consultation.

We are happy to offer a Tile Selection Consultation that best accommodates your busy schedule by offering to either:
                                     > Bring ideal tile samples to YOUR HOME, or
                                     > Meet you at any of our distributors showroom

Tile Selection Consultation:   During this appointment, we help you identify the perfect TILE and ACCESSORIES that will best meet your design taste and budget.

Step 2: Installation and Tile Order Estimate in Writing

With the design information and details from our Initial Consultation we put together a custom estimate to meet your specifications.  Our estimates are detailed yet easy to read/understand and specific to each customer. If you provide us with your email address, we promptly prepare the Installation Estimate and email to you within 24hours of our Initial Consultation.

Following our Tile Selection Consultation, we will prepare and email you a seperate estimate for Tile and Materials.

Please keep in mind that our Estimate Consultations are always FREE with NO OBLIGATION. We would be proud to serve you with a full ONE-STOP TILE SERVICE, but you have the option to use Tile Dimensions for just Tile purchasing or Tile installation.

Step 3: Schedule your Project

Tile & Materials Order: Once you accept our Tile & Materials Estimate, we require payment in full. Upon full payment, we will issue you a sales receipt and place the tile order plus schedule delivery of all materials.

Tile Installation: Once you accept our Tile Installation Estimate, we schedule your project for a mutually convenient start date. At start date, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due at completion of project. At completion we issue you an invoice at which time we require the balance due.

We accept checks, money orders, cash, and all credit cards: Visa, Master Card,
American Express, and Discover.

Step 4: Prepare with Materials

Should you use Tile Dimensions for installation only, please keep in mind our Installation Estimate price includes installation only. You provide the Tile and all Installation materials. We are happy to provide you with a Material List, specially customized for your project. We are also available to pick-up and deliver all tile and materials on project start date.
